7th grade won 50-30.  8th grade lost 48-26.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students of Geneseo Middle School,

Geneseo Middle School is taking part in a service learning project this year and we are participating in Heifer International’s Read to Feed program.  Heifer International is an organization that donates animals to impoverished communities to help end hunger and to assist in building sustainable agriculture.  Our goal is to raise $500 to donate towards Heifer International.  We plan to reach this goal through their Read to Feed program in which students recruit sponsors to make a pledge or donation towards their reading goal.  Our students will read every day for 10 weeks to reach our goal of $500.  Sponsors can be parents, family, friends, or businesses.  Sponsors can make donations through students, or online at:

Donations made to students should be returned to the child’s homeroom teacher and any checks can be made out to “Heifer International.”
