Every Tuesday and Thursday our middle school students play competitive chess in the GMS Library. These kids can play!

7th grade ELA classes completed and presented their Charles Dickens projects today in the Large Group Room. Amazing creativity and hard work went into these unique depictions of the life and stories of Charles Dickens.

205 8th grade students were extremely well prepared and professional as they took part in our 1st Annual Career Fair at GMS today. Career Clusters were explored, interest surveys were taken, and students dressed professionally as they engaged in discussions with over 20 business members from the Geneseo area. Thank you to Amy Feely, Dawn Gale, Aubree Plant, Teri Mincks, and all of our local partners who came into GMS to share their careers with young learners.

Students and staff at Geneseo Middle School started off Semester 2 in the main gym with an assembly focused on “Commitment” to each other and our school, and on “Service Humility Respect”. Make it a Great Semester 2 GMS!
