East Peoria: Meets held at Illinois Central College

  • I-80 West to I-74 East into Peoria; cross the river
  • Exit on Route 116 (go north) towards Metamora (go 2-3 miles)
  • Exit onto Centennial Drive (go right). There will be a sign directing traffic towards Illinois Central College. Go up the hill and the college will be on your left side.
  • We have been asked to park in the Dingledine Lot which will be on your right side.

Galesburg: Meets held at Lake Storey Park

  • Take Interstate 80 West. Exit at I-74 (towards Galesburg). Exit at Route 34 West towards Galesburg & Monmouth (Exit 46A). Take Route 150 West (right) also called Henderson Street. Lake Storey Road is the first road on the left after crossing the bridge. Go past the first light and take the second entrance to the park. The first entrance is to Knox College.
  • or Take Interstate 80 West. Exit at I-74 (towards Galesburg). Exit at 17 East (Woodhull Exit). Take Route 150 (south). Approximately 15 miles later, you will take the first entrance into the park. Take I-74 to US 34 Galesburg / Monmouth exit (exit 46A). Exit onto Illinois 150 North (Henderson Street) at the Galesburg Mall. Illinois Route 150 North of Galesburg a couple of miles (second entrance).

Hampton: Meets held at Empire Park

  • I-80 West
  • Exit on Illinois 84 (go south towards the QCA)
  • Exit on 20th Street.  Empire Park is on the river side

Kewanee Dunes Golf Course:  (home meets for Annawan-Wethersfield

  • I-80 East
  • Exit #27 (Atkinson) go right
  • County Hwy 5 (headed south)
  • N400 Ave (take a left onto it)
  • E2350 St. (take a right onto it)
  • Midland Road (take a left onto it….the golf course should be right there.)

LaSalle-Peru: Meets held at Baker Park (in Peru (home course for L-P)

  • I-80 East
  • Exit at 351 (toward LaSalle)
  • North 30th Rd/Civic Road (go right)
  • Dimmick Road (will turn into Airport Road) (go left)
  • You will see the park on your right.

Maple Park (Kaneland) High School

  • Take I 88 East (88.1 miles);
  • Take Peace Road Exit (.3 miles);
  • Go east on IL-38;
  • Turn right onto E County Line Road (1.3 miles);
  • Turn left onto Keslinger Road.
    High School Address: 47W326 Keslinger Rd. Travel time = Approximately two hours.

Metamora (Meets held at Black Partridge Park in Metamora

  • Take I-80 West
  • Take I-74 East
  • Take N. War Memorial Drive/US 150 East (exit 89)
  • Then take US 24 East (continue going straight?)
  • Then merge onto Illinois 116 East toward Metamora
  • Then turn left on N. Susan Ln.
  • Then turn left onto W. Progress St.
  • Then take the 1st right onto Coal Bank R.
  • Approximately 1/2 mile down the road on the left side is Black Partridge Park.
  • The address that I was given is 821 Coal Bank Rd.

Morris High School

  • I-80 East
  • Exit at 105 (towards Seneca)
  • South on Seneca Road
  • Route 6 (go left….also called Marsellies….6.5 miles)
  • Union Street (turn right)…go 1/2 mile (H.S. will be on your right.)

Normal West: Meets held at Maxwell Park

  • I-80 to Route 78 (go south towards Kewanee)
  • Route 78 to I-74 East (towards Peoria)
  • Take Exit 125 outside of Bloomington (Mitsubishi Motorway) and turn right (south) at the stop sign at the bottom of the exit ramp. Turn left (east) at the first stop light onto Yuton Road. Take this road for about 2 miles and turn right (south) onto Parkside Road. Maxwell Park is about 1 mile down Parkside Road on the right.

Peoria: Meets held at Detweiller Park

  • I-80 West to I-74 East. When you come to I-474 / Route 6 go towards Chillicothe. DO NOT TAKE I-74 TOWARDS CHAMPAIGN & INDIANAPOLIS. Go to route 29 and go south taking a right towards Peoria. Look for the park on your right side. There is a lot of parking.

Peoria: Meets held at Donovan Park

  • Address: 5805 N. Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL 61614
  • I-80 West to I-74 East (towards Peoria)
  • US 150 E/W War Memorial Drive in Peoria. Take exit 89 from I-74 East
  • Follow US 150 E/W War Memorial Drive to North Knoxville Ave.
  • Take a left on Knoxville and head north about 2 miles to Northmoor Road (note: You will go PAST the entrance to the old golf course.)
  • Take a left (west) at the light on Northmoor and then an immediate left into the first available parking lot. (This is commonly known as the “Old IDOT Parking Lot”. There will be signs and volunteers directing you to the start of the course from there…about 400 meters away.

Rochelle: Meets held at Skare Park 2014 Meet held at Rochelle High School: 1401 Flagg Road
Rochelle, IL 61068
Your destination is 0.2 miles past S Wendell Dr.

  • Take 82 North from Geneseo to Route 92 and go west. Take Interstate 88 and go east. Exit onto 251 (North). Proceed through Rochelle until you come to Flagg Road (go left). 2014 – to high school: Rochelle High School is 0.2 miles past S Wendell Dr.
  • All other years: The park is approximately 6 miles West of Rochelle High School.

Running Wild 563-323-7025

  • Take Interstate 80 West (turns into 280)
  • Exit onto Interstate 74 (west) and take it across the Mississippi River
  • Exit onto Middle Road / Locust Street (go left)
  • Take Locust Street 3 miles to Brady Street. (turn right)
  • Come down Brady Street approximately 1-mile and move to the far left lane. Turn left at George Washington Blvd. (it is the last street before the Duck Creek) Landmarks to look for are the Running Wild Store sign, The Green Thumbers, and Wayne Montgomery Cash & Carry Carpet. If you drive by Brady Street Stadium you have gone too far. The address is 3216 N. Brady Street.

  • Monday-Friday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 6 pm
  • Sunday: 12 pm – 5 pm

Rock Island: Meets held at Saukie Golf Course

  • Take Interstate 80 West (turns into 280)
  • Take I-74 as it breaks from I-280
  • Exit on John Deere Road (head west)
  • Exit on 38th Street (take a right)
  • Saukie Golf Course will be on your right hand side after the top of the hill.

Sterling: Meets held at Hoover Park in Sterling

  • Take Route 82 North from Geneseo to Route 92 and go west (left turn)
  • Exit onto Interstate 88 and go east (right turn)
  • Exit onto Route 40 going north (left turn)
  • Exit onto Route 2 (right turn)
  • Exit onto Woodlawn Road (right turn)….look for a McDonalds Restaurant
  • Look for Woodlawn Grade School. (The course begins directly behind Woodlawn Grade School.)

Sycamore: Meets held at Afton Forest Preserve in South Dekalb

  • Take Route 82 North from Geneseo to Route 92 and go west (left turn)
  • Exit onto Interstate 88 and go east (right turn…you will stay on this road for 85 miles)
  • Exit onto Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb (.08 miles traveled on it)
  • Turn right onto Fairview Drive (1.00 miles traveled on it)
  • Turn right onto 4th street/Illinois 23. Continue to follow 23. (4.00 miles traveled on it.)
  • Turn left onto Perry Rd/County Hwy 7 (1.00 miles traveled on it)
  • Turn Right onto Crego Road (you’re there) Welcome to Afton Forest Preserve
