– You don’t “JUMP” a hurdle. You RUN THROUGH a hurdle in an effort to hit the ground as quickly as possible so you can SPRINT.
– Your goal is for your lead leg to hit as close as possible to the back of the hurdle and for your trail leg to snap through as quickly as possible so you can continue SPRINTING!!!
