Nobody wants Trev to know how to fight because fighting leads to cops and cops lead to jail. His family wants him to use his brain not his fists.

Trev wanted to be a boxer but his mom wanted him to be an artist and he wants to be a boxer cause his step dad hit his mom.
1- He wanted to fight to protect his mom from his stepdad, but nobody wants him to because he could get in trouble that way.
