  1. A special school would be good for Maudie because she has autism and everybody at the school has some sort of disability whether it’s autism or just a reading disability.

  2. My favorite part that Maudie had to be brave is when she had to deal with the fire up in California at her dads cabin.

  3. My favorite time Maudie had to be brave was when she escaped from the hotel she was staying in with her mom and Ron. It was brave of her to run away just so she could go and participate in the Surf Bash!

  4. my favorite part is everything because she never gives up aspecialy to go participate in the surf bash!

  5. A special school would be beneficial for Maudie because it could meet her exactly where she is—socially, academically, and emotionally. A specialized environment could provide the accommodations and understanding that would allow her to thrive rather than simply cope. With teachers trained to support her unique learning and emotional needs, Maudie would have the opportunity to build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and reach her full potential.

  6. A special school would be good for Maudie because she has autism and her last school was not kind to her.

  7. 1. I think a special school would be beneficial for Maudie due to the fact she has autism and it would most likely be a better learning environment for her there.
