The purpose of this website is to allow staff of the Geneseo district to consider the multiple ways to develop effective teaching practices and for the Teaching and Learning Team to share information about upcoming professional development activities. Our goal is for teachers to discuss their own experiences and get ideas from others in terms of both activity implementation and evidence collection that reinforce strong teaching.

The framework itself is the work of the Charlotte Danielson group. Geneseo CUSD 228 is using the framework as a model for professional development and teacher evaluation. We have attempted to share only those ideas/activities created by our staff, but if you believe an item has been added that violates copyright, please let us know and it will be removed from our site (TLT@geneseoschools.org).
