<\/strong>The Music in Our Schools <\/em>concert will be Thursday, February 28 at 7 p.m <\/strong>in the high school Gymnasium.\u00ac\u2020 Fourth and Fifth grades students from Northside, Southwest, Millikin, and 6th<\/sup> graders from the Middle School will be performing.\u00ac\u2020 Please arrive by 6:45,<\/em> or 6:30 if your child is playing an instrument on “You Can Help.”<\/p>\n

Parent Volunteers needed!\u00ac\u2020 Please contact me at meckwall@dist228.org if you are available and willing to help setup and\/or takedown.\u00ac\u2020 We’ll start setting up at 5:30 p.m, and afterwards we should be done by about 9 p.m.\u00ac\u2020 Thank\u00ac\u2020 you for your consideration.<\/p>\n

Some students have been coming in before school at 8 a.m. to sing a background vocal part or play one of several instruments for one of our pieces.\u00ac\u2020 <\/em>We will be rehearsing nearly every morning at 8 a.m. and occasionally during lunch recess between now and the concert on February 28th<\/sup>.\u00ac\u2020 I have attached the rehearsal schedule.\u00ac\u2020 Please look back regularly for updates to this schedule.<\/p>\n
