Sarah Boone has been in education since 2006 (nearly all here in Geneseo). She is certified to teach K – 9 (all subjects) with endorsements in ELA and Social Studies. She has taught 3rd grade and 6th grade ELA. Sarah has a Masters in Educational Leadership and completed the Level 1 instructional coaching certification. Dawn Gale has taught since 2012 at GMS. She is certified to teach K-9 (all subjects) with endorsements in ELA and Social Science. Michelle Ganson has taught since 2003 in Geneseo (and five years in two other districts). She is certified to teach Special Education K-12, and middle school ELA and Social Studies. Michelle has a Masters in Instruction and Educational Leadership, National Board Certification as an Exceptional Needs Specialist and completed the Level 2 instructional coaching certification. Rachel Hamilton has taught since 2006 (11 years at GHS). She is certified to teach high school Math and History. She has a Masters in History, National Board Certification in AYA Math and completed the Level 1 instructional coaching certification. She enjoys creative and non-traditional games and activities. Teri Mincks has taught since 1988 (5 years at GMS and 16 years at GHS). She is certified to teach K-12 Special Education, PE, Health, and Administration. Ashley Morey has taught since 2010 (6 years with 5th grade math). She is certified to teach K-9 (all subjects). She has a Reading Specialist degree from Western Illinois and is currently taking classes from Dordt University to complete a Masters in Instructional Coaching. Ashley has National Board Certification as a Middle Childhood Generalist and completed the Level 2 instructional coaching certification. She enjoys discussing student engagement strategies.
