TIME TO GET THIS BLOG A-ROLLIN’

Welcome to the new school year.¬¨‚Ć I’ve got a great group of students and a packed house…the “sardine choir” as I like to refer to it.¬¨‚Ć When asked how my summer was, I often say, “It’s hard to have a bad one!”¬¨‚Ć This past summer was no exception.¬¨‚Ć But, as always, I’m glad to be back in the classroom and work with such fantastic students once again.

I’m also glad to have Mrs. Green back at the keyboard and happy to welcome Miss Edwards to the HS for assessment work as well.¬¨‚Ć And, we are all happy to have Marie Abel in the Middle School choir room!¬¨‚Ć Stop by and welcome her when you get a chance.

I am finally updating many items to this blog.  If I am successful, the 2009-10 Fine Arts Calendar, the Orlando Florida Band/Choir trip info, and the choir handbook will all be current.

Forms for the Orlando trip are due Tuesday, September 1.  Please return the with trip intentions, both yes and no.  letter-home-august1

Signed handbook forms are due on Friday, September 4th.  (25pts)  handbook-form

For those of you looking for your 2008-09 CD’s, they are still in production and will be available soon.¬¨‚Ć I will let you know when all are ready.¬¨‚Ć (Thanks for your patience.)

Ever onward and upward…
