IT’S TIME TO COLLECT YOUR CHOIR AWARD CERTIFICATE INFORMATION:

Directions:

  1. Create a new email to be sent to Mr. LaCroix

CC: (leave blank)

SUBJECT: AWARD CERTIFICATE

  1. Find the complete list of activities below.***
  2. Cut and paste them all into the document you will email to Mr. LaCroix when complete.
  3. Type your name (first then last) as you wish to have it printed on your Choir Award certificate.
  4. Delete any and all list items that DO NOT apply to you.
  5. Your remaining list should be accurate and ready for me simply to cut and paste.
  6. Double check the accuracy of your final list. (Name spelling, additional spelling?)
  7. Be certain that there is a comma (,) separating each item on the list.
  8. Email to Mr. LaCroix slacroix@geneseoschools.org
  9. DEADLINE: THIS FRIDAY, April 17.
