Students have now mastered safety and sanitation. Now it is time to learn how to measure different ingredients and what utensils to use when doing it.

Students have been working hard on developing their sanitation and safety skills in the kitchen. This week we will be putting their skills to the test by making chicken fajitas. Check out what their first lab is going to look like. LOOKS GREAT!!!!! Just imagine what they taste like.
